About NC Ticket Law

Raleigh Speeding Ticket Lawyer

The traffic ticket lawyers at NCTicketLaw.com are dedicated to providing experienced, affordable legal representation to clients who have received speeding tickets and other motor vehicle violations in North Carolina, including Angier, Apex, Cary, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville, Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Wendell, and Zebulon (and soon to be expanding to Durham and Chapel Hill). Our traffic law attorneys are experienced criminal defense trial attorneys who also have specialized expertise in handling traffic matters including speeding tickets, DWIs, misdemeanors and other traffic charges.

Experience counts in handling traffic tickets. The traffic ticket attorneys at NCTicketLaw.com have helped many drivers resolve their traffic disputes, and we understand that you want to put the issue behind you without worrying about losing a driver’s license or paying increased insurance costs. Our speeding ticket lawyers work closely with clients, providing clear communication and a straightforward, no-games approach to billing. Our fees include both legal work and court costs, and we outline the total costs up front, so that you NEVER receive a bill after court.

For your peace of mind, we want this process to be as simple as possible. When you work with us, you will receive a letter that discusses the specifics of your case. On the back of that letter is a form that we need you to fill out. If you did not receive a letter from us or have additional questions, please call us at (919) 239-8448 or contact us online.

When you decide to hire us, send in your completed Agreement of Representation and Waiver of Appearance. Our office will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your Agreement. We will then contact you again within 24 hours after your court date so that you are fully informed of the outcome of your case.  Our preferred method of communication is email.  If you do not provide an email address, we will contact you by telephone. We strive for perfect communication between ourselves and you, our client.  Anything less is unsatisfactory.
